Welcome to the official website of the Florida Highway Patrol Command Officers Association, Inc. Founded in 1996, the FHPCOA is a fraternal organization composed of active and retired Florida Highway Patrol troopers with the rank of Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Chief, Lieutenant Colonel and Colonel. Membership in FHPCOA is voluntary, with the choice being made on an individual basis.
